Anjuman-I-Islam’s VM & DM PM Urdu Primary School was awarded the “Maajhi Adarsh Shala Upkramsheel Shala Award”
A grand award ceremony was held on 3rd October 2025 , at the Mahatha Phule Sanskartik Bhawan in Wanowrie, organized by Maharashtra Rajya Shikshan Sena Pune, in which prominent educational institutions were awarded. On this occasion, the well-known and active institution of Pune city, Anjuman-I-Islam’s Vali Mohammad, Dost Mohammad, Peer Mohammad Urdu Primary School, was awarded the prestigious award “Maajhi Adarsh Shaal Upakram Shaala Award”. This achievement created a wave of immense joy among the teachers, students of the institution and the school’s Head, Mrs. Naziya Sheikh.While receiving the award, the audience enthusiastically applauded the school’s success. In his address, the chief guest appreciated the educational quality and continuous hard work of the school. It is worth mentioning that Thanks to the leadership and hard work of Ms. Naziya Zakir Shaikh, this is the only Urdu school among 125 non-Urdu medium schools to receive this prestigious award. Which is undoubtedly a bright addition to the prestige of Urdu education.
